AIT American Citizen Services Officer to Visit Chiayi for Consular Services

Representatives of the American Institute in Taiwan – Kaohsiung Branch Office will be in Chiayi City, on Friday afternoon, September 23, 2011, to provide notary, consular report of birth abroad (CRBA), US passport, and additional passport pages services.  These services will be provided at the the Dragon English School, located at 2nd Fl., No. 66, Ba Der Road, Chiayi City, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. 

Please check our website, http://kaohsiung.ait.org.tw/en/consular-service.html, to obtain application forms and related information on what is required for you to bring in order for us to perform these services.  Please also bring an A-4 sized photocopy of your passport and photo I.D.  Please prepare an self-stamped envelope with NT$50.00 postage for us to mail back your passport or CRBA.  Please contact the Kaohsiung Office of AIT at 07-238-7744  if you have any question.
